Space includes:

• Variety of events: You can host a wide range of events since there is ample room in the rooftop space for large-scale events, conferences, workshops, classes, and even yoga sessions.
• People capacity: The rooftop space is divided into an air-conditioned and non-air-conditioned space that can be occupied separately, depending on the number of people attending the event. The entire occupancy for both spaces combined is approximately 150 people. The A/C space can accommodate 60-70 people.
• Stunning views: The space offers stunning views of the surrounding area and provides an intimate setting for attendees to enjoy. You can also see a beautiful view of the sunset in the evening!
• Pre-bookings: Event space is only available for pre-bookings, ensuring that you have the space reserved for your event.
• Central location: Located right next to Majestic City, there are many shops, cafes, and restaurants where attendees can purchase food and beverages for their event. This provides an added convenience for those hosting events, as they can easily source their catering needs from the nearby shops.
• Tables and chairs: We provide tables, and can provide 50 chairs for your event. However, your organization is responsible for pre-planning and arranging the setup of these items.
• Screen+Projector: A screen and projector are provided for 1000 LKR for one hour usage and 750 LKR for extended hours usage in the rooftop event space.
